SWAC Processing Centers are conveniently located throughout the New York and New Jersey area. Professionally trained SWAC Agents are available to personally assist you with your enrollment. Once an application is filed (typically online), SWAC Agents also will assist you with the review and acceptance of consent forms, personal data collection and confirmation, biometric image acquisition, and ID card delivery.

What to Bring to a Processing Center
When you report to a Processing Center to complete your enrollment in SWAC, you must bring identity documents for review and authentication by SWAC Agents.

PLEASE NOTE: All documents listed below must be valid and unexpired.
One of the following:
- Social Security Card (Original and un-laminated)
- Foreign National ID Cards
One from the list below:
- US Passport or US Passport Card
- US Birth Certificate (Original or certified copy)
- Foreign Passport - Unexpired document that contains a temporary I-551 stamp or temporary I-1551 printed notation on a machine readable immigrant visa (MRIV)
- Alien Registration Receipt Card - (INS Form I-551, aka "Green Card")
- Unexpired Temporary Resident Card (INS - Form - I-688)
- Unexpired Employment Authorization Card - (INS Form I-688A)
- Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card - Form I-551
- Employment Authorization Document (Card) that contains a photograph- Form I-766
- Non-Immigrant Alien authorized for work with specific employer - In the case of a non-immigrant alien authorized to work for a specific employer incident to status:
